Our lymphatic therapy is led by a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT-LANA) — the highest credentialing in the field — ensuring you receive advanced, evidence-based lymphatic care.
Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, precise technique that enhances lymphatic flow, reduces swelling, and supports your body’s natural healing.
It is highly beneficial for recovery after:
Orthopedic surgeries (joint replacement, ligament repair, fractures)
Gynecologic or abdominal surgeries (C-section, hysterectomy, endometriosis surgery)
Plastic and cosmetic surgeries (liposuction, tummy tuck, breast surgery)

​* What is virtual consultation?
Simply book a time that fits your schedule, and we will send you a secure link for our video call. During our consultation, we’ll discuss your concerns, and our therapists will guide you through all strategies that you can start implementing right away. You’ll leave our session with a clearer understanding of how pelvic/lymphedema physical therapy can benefit you.
​By choosing a virtual consultation, you’re gaining access to professional insights. Plus, you’ll have the comfort and privacy of your own home, allowing for a relaxed and open dialogue about your health.

* Do I need a referral?
In the state of Maryland, you have direct access to physical therapy without a referral.
​
* Do you take insurance?
We are a cash practice and do not accept insurance. This allows us to focus entirely on providing personalized, individulaized care without the constraints of insurance requirements.
​​​Clients with Medicare are welcome to receive care through our wellness program, offered every other week or monthly. Please note that this program is separate from physical therapy and is not a covered service under Medicare.​

* Cancellation/ No show policy
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee (full charge for the service).
The full service fee will be charged for no-shows.
For unforeseen circumstances or extreme weather conditions, therapists will reschedule your concierge appointment at no cost.

* Grace period time for tele-physical therapy or virtual consultation appointment
A grace period of 10 minutes will be permitted for unforeseen circumstances.

* Can I receive virtual physical therapy (telehealth) while I am out of the state?
No, you must be in the state of Maryland, during the Tele-visit.
