* Do I need a referral? 

In Maryland, you do not need a referral for physical therapy. However, we strongly recommend you have one for physical examination.

* What do I need for therapy? 

Before your evaluation, you must fill out ALL intake forms. Intake forms can be sent to patients via email.

* Do you take insurance? 

We are a cash practice and do not accept insurance. This allows us to focus entirely on providing personalized, individualized care without the constraints of insurance requirements.

* Can I receive therapy while I am out of the state?

No, you must be present in the state of Maryland, during Tele-visit.
